This differs depending on the material you use. But a good guide is as follows:\u003c\/li\u003e\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eRosemary - Use 300 g of rosemary leaves and 3.65 litres of water (don't fill over the max amount). Turn the Air Still on, collect the distillate (preferable in fractions). We recommend collecting no more than 80% (3 litres) otherwise it will boil dry and cook the rosemary.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eYou will collect 3 litres of hydrosol (water\/flavour) and a small amount of oil on top - the essential oils. Use a pipette to collect the essential oil.
